Instead of reconciling hundreds of individual transactions by hand, A2X groups everything into clear categories like sales, fees, refunds and taxes, then posts those summaries into Xero so your books match your bank deposits.

A2X connects to your Xero account and posts summarized settlement data as journal entries or invoices. Each time a sales channel sends a payout to your bank, A2X creates a matching summary in Xero that breaks the deposit into product revenue, shipping income, marketplace fees, refunds and taxes. When the deposit lands in your Xero bank feed it matches the A2X summary, so reconciliation is a click rather than an afternoon.

On the sales channel side, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and eBay. For accounting software, Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage. MATAX works primarily in Xero, and A2X is one of the tools we use to bring ecommerce data into it. If you sell on several channels, A2X handles each one independently so every platform's settlements land in your books correctly.
